Religious Crap
We must believe the word of God over religious traditions of men..this will hold us back as Christians we make a mockery of Jesus death when we hold on to traditions that Jesus died for. We need to use our God given authority to whip the devil..begin to confess the Promises of God daily.

Your Body Is not Your Own
Your body is not your own let's be disciplined and ask God for Grace in not abusing the body we have been given.
Its hard I know..I have been struggling with eating healthy and teaching my children to eat healthy.. Because what we eat and do to our bodies is reflected on the outside and when someone looks at me I want them to see the glory of God!!

Get Up Don't be lazy: Be Bold
Sometimes its so hard to be disciplined come on admit it you start that diet Jan 1 and by Jan 30 you are back on couch eating cupcakes.. But we have to realize as Christians we can't do this on our own..but only by Jesus Christ we must as for Grace to help us..Hebrews 4:16 says:
Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]. ...all we have to do is ask and don't go to God timidly go boldly!!! Finish Strong thru Jesus Christ..
